This set contains enough uniform and equipment for you to portray a British Infantry soldier in Europe from 1937 to 1942 including the MK2 tommy helmet, which was in use till 1944, a full 1937 webbing set in Khaki (latter they blancoed them green) complete with a water bottle and entrenching tool pouch for a tool for digging a fox hole
From 1937 to around 1942 all British Infantry soldiers was issued with this uniform set which he would have worn on military duty in the UK and NW Europe. The 1937 battle dress suit was standard issue for soldiers which has the pleated pockets and hidden brass buttons on the tunic and the trousers have a map pocket on the left leg, belt loops and brace buttons.
Boots you may need for this set will be either rubber soles DMS or studded ammo boots and it’s recommended to wear a pair of braces on the trousers.
