The Famous 7th Armoured division patches worn from February 1940 to November 1943, While in North Africa the 7th Armoured Division took part in Operation Battle axe the attempted breakthrough to Tobruk in 1941, the battle of El Alamien and the Invasion of Italy 1943. Mainly worn on KD Khaki Drill clothing.
Recalled back to UK in Decemeber 1943 to prepare for Invasion of Europe and issued with a new Division Patch
