American M42 Paratroopers Jump Jacket in Lightweight Fabric

We have made a small run of the jump jacket in a cotton and nylon mix material which makes the jacket a little bit more water resistant and lighter than the correct replica jackets that we sell.

These have been made as a vintage fashion jacket for people who like the vintage clothing but want a more modern material. These are 200 grams lighter than the full cotton replicas, the fabric is smoother and has a slightly shiny look to it compared to the original jackets.

These are NOT intended for use as a re-enactment jacket as the fabric is wrong, if you want one an historically accurate jacket you need to buy our jackets which our products codes are AG1346 and AG1324.

The American M1942 Jump jacket, this is the standard version of the "Coat, Parachute Jumper, Model M1942", which does not have reinforced patches on the elbows.

Features include:

• Cotton and nylon mix, improves water resistant and windproofness.
• 200 grams (20%) lighter than the all cotton replicas.
• Nickel press studs with a black front.
• Talon branded chrome zip.
• Sleeve length is 55cm
• Chest sizes are correct sizing just order your normal size.
