American WW2 M1910 Water Bottle Carrier OD#3 tan by Kay Canvas

American WW2 M1910 canteen (water bottle) carrier pouch.

This is the standard belt pouch for the US WW2 water bottle and was issued to all US Army branch of services.

The pouch is made of tan/khaki (officially called OD#3) cotton webbing with "U.S." stamped on the front. It has the standard WW2 belt fitting on the back.

This is an early WW2 version as it still has the full length seam on the back, about 1942 they changed the design to a half seam. 

The inside is wool lined and the pouch is closed by two lift the dot fasteners.

The M1910 canteen pouch holds the M1910 canteen (water bottle) and mug.

Premium quality webbing pouch, these are made by Kay Canvas using the best fabrics. The metal is brass not steel and the cotton canvas webbing has the correct weight and weave of the originals for a high quality pouch. These are as good as originals, they just do not have that old musty smell to them.

Made in the correct WW2 colour of OD#3 which is a tan/khaki colour. Stamped on the front "U.S." and "Kay Canvas 1940" on the back.
