AU462 WW2 US Army Shelter Half Tan Original Grade 3
Early war time shelter half, this is the pattern with one square end so when you join two shelter halves together they have one end open and one end closed.
Original and in grade 3 condition, this has rust marks around every stud making the canvas weak around the studs. Because of this 3 of the studs have ripped out and it is likely the rest will pull out if any pressure is applied. So it will be ok for a folded display or packed on the doughboy but it you want to use it as a tent you will need to reinforce the fabric around every stud.
This is in the OD#3 colour which is often called the tan/khaki colour with US stamp in the middle and most have a date stamp on the edge.
