Black leather strap with 5" extra strap and stud. this was so a rolled up Zeltbahn could be worn on the rear of the belt without a pack being worn, so if needed the strap could be unbuttoned and then Zeltbahn could be opened up and worn as a cape. also can be used to attach Zeltbahn or blanket to A frame/ combat pack
