This is one of the most popular single action army (SAA) revolvers seen in Hollywood films, it has a 5 1/2" barrel and was favoured by gunfighters. One of the most popular film stars to use this size of colt pistol is Clint Eastwood, he used this in several spaghetti western films including "A fistfull of dollors".

Description

The official name of this SAA revolver is the "Artillery model" but it is often simply referred to as "The gunfighter" model, as it seems to be just the right size and feel.

The Artillery model of the single action colt is not the shortest barrel length but at 5 1/2" it was long enough to give a bit more accuracy than the shorter versions but was still short enough for a quick draw out of the holster.

The Colt Single Action Army revolver has many names and is one of the most recognisable guns in the world.

This Colt Army revolver features:

5 1/2 inch barrel.
Black metal finish with wood grips.
Made from metal (this is a softer metal than the metal used in actual firearms and would not be strong enough to be fired so it safe and legal).
Working action.

Can be cocked and dry fired.Chamber can be opened and replica shells inserted.When the hammer is cocked the chamber rotates at the same time.

The Single action Colt Army revolver was also know as the Peacemaker, the Frontier, Single Action Army (SAA) '45 and the Equalizer.

We can only ship them to a UK address via courier (excluding the Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly and the Channel Islands which we cannot ship to because of flight restrictions). Sorry we cannot send them outside of the U.K. They are made to look and feel realistic and although they are made from metal, it is not a gun metal and they are designed so they cannot chamber or fire any rounds of ammunition. They are designed for prop use and they have moving parts, although excessive use will wear the parts out, worn out parts are not covered by the warranty and the manufacture does not make or supply spare parts.
