Luftwaffe 4 Pocket M35 Tuchrock Tunic Enlisted with Insignia by RUM

WW2 German Luftwaffe 4 pocket mans tunic with sewn on insignia by Richard Underwood Militaria.

This 4 pocket tunic in lufwaffe blue has the early white breast eagle sewn on the right breast, correctly sewn with the lower part on the pocket flap, collar patches are sewn on the collar and it includes a set of shoulder boards.

The 4 pocket M35 tuchrock tunic was worn before the war and during the early years of WW2 by the Luftwaffe as the service uniform in the field and later on kept for wear as a formal or dress uniform.

It was worn in the field in 1940 during the campaign in Holland for example.

Luftwaffe 4 pocket tunic features:

• 4 pockets all with pleats down the center of each pocket.
• Pocket flaps are straight cut design.
• Luftwaffe blue colour.
• Wool material.
• White luftwaffe eagle sewn on right breast.
• Pair of collar tabs sewn onto the collars.
• Pair of shoulder boards sewn onto the collars.
• Silver coloured buttons with a pebble design.
• Open neck design.
• Button and a loop on the shoulders so you can attach your shoulder boards (shoulder boards not included).
• Fuly lined with cotton.
• Field dressing pocket on the inside.
• One inside pocket.
• Set of 3 stitches on each side of the tunic which can be cut into slots for belt hooks if needed, these have not been cut open as the tunic is often worn without the belt hooks, so to keep a neater finish the holes have not been cut through.
