M1942 First Aid Pouch by Combat Serviceable
WW2 M1942 First Aid Pouch.
The 1st aid pouch carried the Carlisle 1st aid bandage (packet) and was carried by every soldier in WW2. The M1942 first aid pouch was worn on all belts including the M1936 pistol belts, Garand belts and the BAR belts.
The US Army M42 1st aid pouch was officially called the "Pouch, First Aid Packet, M1942".
This replica is made by "Combat Serviceable" and is the standard first aid ouch carried by all US troops in WW2 and features:
- Belt fitting hook on the back which fits through the eyelets on the M35 pistol belts and the eyelets on the bottom of the Garand and BAR belts.
- Lift the dot style fastener on the front secures the pouch.
- "U.S." stamping on the front.
- Fits the Carlisle first aid tin (Carlisle tin not included).
