Original US Army M69 Flak vest, officially called the "Armor Body Fragmentation Protective with 3/4 collar M-69".
This one has a green label and is dated 1974 and has a hook and loop fastener on the front rather than a zip. The pocket flaps are also secured by hook and loop instead of a press stud.
Introduced during the Vietnam war.
Condition:
- Used condition. Some dirty stains and yellow spots on the collar.
- Webbing loops over the pockets are present.
- Both labels are present.
- Dated 1974
