U.S. collar disc
Enlisted men wore the U.S. collar disk on the right side of the service coat or the ike jacket.
Arm or Service disk
Is worn on the left side of the service coat or the ike jacket
Distinguishesed Unit Citation
Given to American or Allied units for extordinary heroism against an armed enemy.
Service Ribbons
Worn above the left hand pocket of the service coat, Ike jacket and shirt. They can be fitted onto a ribbon
bar or stiched directly to a piece of cloth the same as the uniform.
Order of medals: 1. Decorations 2. Service Medals 3. Foreign Decorations
Shooting Badges
Worn on the left hand pocket flap under the ribbon bars.
CIB
The Combat Infantry Badge (CIB) or The Expert Infantry Badge (EIB) are worn above the left hand pocket above or below the service
ribbons.
