No38 Radio Harness shoulder strap Brass hook
The radio carrying harness is designed for the Infantry signaller to carry his No38 Radio in the ready postion so he can operate it on the move in combat.
The No38 radio would pull down when worn and so the Brass D ring on top of the Harness would clip onto a brass hook for support, The brass clip was attached to 1937 webbing shoulder strap and there are normally missing as they are so small or were left on the webbing set.
Made by Kay Canvas of Quallity 1937 webbing and solid brass buckles as found on there webbing.
