RAF Blue Roll Neck Jumper

 Royal Air Force roll neck sweater.

This sweater was originally issued to RAF Flight Crew to wear under their battle dress or Irvin flight jacket from 1944 onwards, it replaced the white version previously issued.

Also it's seen being worn by German U boat Crew and Royal Navy in WW2
