All returns from outside the UK will need to be marked as ‘Returned goods - relief claimed’ clearly on the parcel and customs documentation along with our VAT number GB338473926.
It's important that you read this information carefully. Items must always be returned as supplied, in a suitable condition for resale and with original packaging and all it's components. If you will be sending from outside the United Kingdom it is best to contact us first to confirm the most appropriate approach to returns.
Please note whilst we aim to process returns as soon as we can it is unlikely to be on the day it is delivered back to us, please allow us 5 days to deal with your return.

Conditions for all returns and exchanges
For a refund or exchange to be made, all returned items must be in a 'Saleable' condition. For example an item being returned as not required should still be with its original packaging and include all items supplied such as instruction manuals etc. Goods being returned as not required should not have been used. For faulty items the original packaging materials should be used to protect the item from any damage during return transit, as any further damage occurring during return transit caused by inadequate packaging will result in a charge being deducted from any refund due, to the value of correcting said damage.
Please include a brief note with the order delivery name, original order reference. You will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us and are signed for by our staff. If a refund is to be issued this will take up to 7 working days.

If you change your mind or if the item is not as expected
Where an item is to be returned for refund or exchange due to no longer being required and within the 24 day (from date of delivery) time frame,then the customer must meet all return transport costs. In the event you request an exchange you will be responsible for paying any additional postage cost occurred in sending the new item. You will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us and are signed for by our staff. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery).
Personalised items like printed dog tags and name badges cannot be cancelled or returned, unless there is a spelling mistake.
Returning items faulty on arrival
If you purchase an item from Soldier of Fortune and it does not work upon arrival you are entitled to a replacement or refund but you must report it to Soldier of Fortune within 28 days of receipt. In this case Soldier of Fortune will bare the costs of return postage for the most economical method, please obtain proof of postage which shows the cost). Please ensure you include all packaging, manuals, accessories etc.
Returning items incorrectly sent
If you purchase an item from Soldier of Fortune and you believe we have sent you the wrong item please contact us to confirm this is the case before proceeding with a return. If Soldier of Fortune has sent the incorrect item to you we will bare the costs of return postage for the most economical method, please obtain proof of postage which shows the cost) and, if possible, will send you the correct item out to fulfil your order.
Damaged in transit
You must notify Soldier of Fortune of any items damaged in transit within 1 work day of delivery. Claims for transit damage cannot be accepted after this period. We will then arrange to refund or replace as you wish. Please ensure that when the item is delivered, if there is visible damage to the packaging, you sign the delivery note accordingly. It is always better to sign as received damaged/opened with a brief explanation than to write unchecked. In an ideal instance, where signs of transit damage are showing on the packaging you should inspect the goods before signing the drivers manifest and if damage is present on the products, you can then refuse delivery saving yourself the time of going through the returns procedure.
