Royal Military Police Lance Corporal Badge set

This set is what  a WW2 Royal Military Police Soldiers would have worn on their Battle Dress clothing when based in the UK during 1939-1945 as part of Southern Command.

The Military Police served in every Theatre of War from the far East to home Service in the UK and wore the same basic insignia on Battle Dress, Khaki Drill or Jungle Green the only change woud be the Divisonal badge 

He would wear his Divisional patch and Infantry Arm of service stripes on both upper Arms with his Regimental shoulder titles above these. To have authority over the common soldier he was given a provisional rank of Lance Corporal to complete the set an MP always wore his Black MP Armband worn on right arm and a white whistle lanyard
