Midsole - Tri-Flex® 2-3 season, a combination of medium flex and torsional resistance, suitable for tabbing as well as rough terrain, excellent support of ankle and heel
Sole - Defender rubber sole and lightweight, shock absorbing midlayer, ideal for tabbing and running
