This Classic British Army Northern Ireland Patrol Glove was on issue to troops in built up areas and was a much sort after by Soldiers serving back home. The gloves were made to be close fitting and of a soft kid leather to allow the Soldier to still operate his Rifle when wearing them, it also gave protection to the knuckles when in a fire position on hard concrete.
