The 1958 SAS Webbing was designed originally in the late 1960's and to be issued to British Special Forces, they gained a good reputation and these quickly became very popular items to acquire for Infantry Soldiers.
The Water bottle pouch fits the standard issue Black waterbottle and cup, it was Modified originally by soldiers themselves or unit tailors, The pouch is made of Green 1958 webbing and features a metal QR Buckle, twin belt loops to allow pouch to be carried in the lower slung postion.
