1916 Field service post card

Field service postcard was the issue card to send home with the official reply, soldiers must cross out the sentence that was not applicable.

• I am quite well,
• I have been admitted to hospital sick/ wounded
• I have received your letter

The postcard also states that if anything is written of the card  it will be destroyed.
