Worn By Royal Navy Ratings from Victorian times until current 1990's but now only worn for ceremonial wear.
The Blue collar can be worn with either blue wool uniform or the Summer white cotton.
These are original Navy Issue and are made of a blue jean with three white tapes, and near the edge of the V-neck are two white tying tapes on each side to secure the black silk.
