These Coveralls were supplied to" SAS Rogue Hero's" and seen in some of the opening programs
The british tank crews of 1941/42 were not issued specialist tank suits but instead just relied on wearing normal KD shorts and Shirts. But these KD "tank suits" proved very popular item and are seen in many original photographs are them wearing the MT Motor Transport Coveralls that were issued for normal Truck maintenance but these proved very popular with Tank crews as they were lightweight ,comfortable and piratical.

The British 8th Army "Tankies" in the Desert of North Africa were facing Rommel’s Africa Korp Panzers using a mixed bag of armoured vehicles from Cromwell’s and Grants to at the battle of El Alamien the newly introduced M4 Sherman tanks.
The British tank crews of 1941/42 were not issued specialist tank suits but instead just relied on wearing normal KD shorts and Shirts. The KD version of these MT overalls were originally made in India for British Forces as this was normal for a lot of equipment used in North Africa and Far east campaigns.
