Post WW2 the Belgium Army starting making there own uniforms and its obvious that they have copied the WW2 British windproof trousers but printed in the early the 'Moon and Balls' pattern camouflage.

This model Trousers would have been worn in the Operation Dragon Rouge which was a hostage rescue operation in the Democratic Republic of the Congo conducted jointly by Belgium and the United States in 1964.
