This set would have been worn by a LAC Leading Aircraftsman either men and woman serving as a Royal Airforce Auxillary from 1939-1941 on their SD Service Dress uniform and then from 1942-1945 on Battle Dress.
The RAF Sleeve Eagles were worn by all ranks except Officers and Warrant Officers, LAC rank on both sleeves were also worn on both arms and the Signals qualification on right sleeve only
