RAF WW2 Canadian Sergeant Pilots badge set
This set would have been worn by a Royal Canadian Airforce Sergeant from 1939-1941 on his SD Service Dress uniform and then from 1942-1945 on his Battle Dress.
RAF Sergeants could be either be Fighter Pilots in Hurricanes and Spitfires etc or Bomber pilots in wellingtons and Lancaster’s etc.
The RAF Sleeve Eagles were worn by all ranks except Officers and Warrant Officers, Stipes were also worn on both arms and the Pilots qualification wings above the left pocket
