1937 2nd model tank  pistol holster with open top to hold the Webley revolver made by Kay Canvas . Features a strap closure, and larger belt loop. On the front of the holster are 6 loops for .38 rounds and a sleeve for the cleaning rod.

The original 1937 webbing tank crew holster (BE923) was found to be unsuitable by some members of armoured fighting vehicles as it sat to low on the leg, they would modified the drop strap to a shorter length.

Later in the war the holsters were made this way with the shorter strap still allowing your holster to be worn lower on the belt without being to low.

Kay Canvas webbing is closely matched to an original set of webbing which was issued during WW2. To ensure a high standard of accuracy it has colour matched to an original set of 1937 webbing.

The Kay Canvas webbing is a tight weave like the original and is still made on an old BIC factory machine that has been lovingly kept alive after 100 Years. The brass fittings on Kay Canvas webbing sets are die stamped and the press studs have the same pattern as an original WW2.
