The Great War Butcher bayonet frog is made from heavy cowhide leather and is stitched with cotton thread. It has copper rivets and finished in black which would have been used by German Imperial Soldiers from about 1916 to 1918 when all equipment was coloured black instead of brown
Designed to fit the 1898 Mauser bayonet which is wider than WW2 K98 bayonet.
Price is for the frog and does not include the bayonet.
