German Luftwaffe 4 pocket mans tunic by Richard Underwood Militaria.
The 4 pocket M35 tuchrock tunic was worn before the war and during the early years of WW2 by the Luftwaffe as the service uniform in the field and later on kept for wear as a formal or dress uniform.
It was worn in the field in 1940 during the campaign in Holland for example.

The 4 pocket M35 tuchrock tunic was worn before the war and during the early years of WW2 by the Luftwaffe as the service uniform in the field and later on kept for wear as a formal or dress uniform.

Luftwaffe 4 pocket tunic features:
- 4 pockets all with pleats down the center of each pocket.
- Pocket flaps are straight cut design.
- Luftwaffe blue colour.
- Wool material.
- Silver coloured buttons with a pebble design.
- Open neck design.
- Shoulder boards with yellow piping are sewn into the shoulder seam on the one end and the other end is secured by a single button.
- Fuly lined with cotton.
- Field dressing pocket on the inside.
- One inside pocket.
- Set of 3 stitches on each side of the tunic which can be cut into slots for belt hooks if needed, these have not been cut open as the tunic is often worn without the belt hooks, so to keep a neater finish the holes have not been cut through.
