1938 pattern Hitler Youth shoulder boards.
These have a unit number of 188 printed onto the black shoulder boards.
The shoulder boards where made with either a length of fabric on the back so they can slide onto the shoulders or they where plain (without the fabric for the slide). The plain ones had to be stitch directly onto the shirt or jacket.
This version is the style with a plain back so they have to be sewn onto a shirt or jacket.
