M38 Paratrooper SS oakleaf helmet cover
Waffen SS camouflage helmet cover for the German M38 paratrooper helmet.
This Rare camouflage cover is made in the Oakleaf camouflage which is Autumn on the outside and spring on the inside, It then fastens onto the helmet by a series of clips running around the edge of the cover which clip over the rim of the helmet.
The cover is made from two pieces of fabric one piece goes around the rim of the helmet and the second piece is sewn onto the top to cover the crown of the helmet.
A single row of cotton loops runs around the side and two rows of loops cross over the top of the crown.
