German WW2 medical equipment pouch by Fabrik Adler Berg

This  German WW2 leather medical pouch has all the original features including:

• Two loops on the back allow the pouch to be fitted onto the equipment belt. 
• The loops on the back are sewn down on the top of the strap, the strap is then threaded through a loop and fastens onto a metal stud on the bottom of the medics pouch.
• Metal loop on the back for Y straps to attach to.
• The lid is sewn onto the front of the pouch and the fastening straps are on the sides.
• The inside is a single storage compartment for bandages or medical equipment.
