German Army WW2 Medic's helmet transfers.
This matched pair of helmet transfers consists of one National transfer and one medical red cross transfer, these are worn on the sides of the German Army combat helmets.
The German WW2 combat helmet transfer decals are easy to apply, these work just like the water transfers on model airfix kits.
- Soak the backing card on a water soaked towel or kitchen paper until the transfer freely moves on the card, this will take around 5-6 minutes.
- Before applying the transfer, damp the area on the helmet where it will lay, gently slide the transfer off the card onto the helmet with a paint brush.
- Move the transfer with the paintbrush to the correct area.
- Once positioned gently pat dry with kitchen paper and allow to fully dry.
- After a few hours you can lacquer or varnish over the decal.
