2 Button Waffen SS M43 Field Cap With Eagle on the Side by RUM

M43 Waffen SS field cap with two piece insigina by Richard Underwood Militara.

These caps are made from the same wool as the M40, M42 tunics by RUM and has two small buttons on the front which are painted green.

This is the stanadard M43 feldmutze worn by the German Waffen SS in WW2. 

This quality cap comes complete with BeVo insignia already sewn on the front and side. There is an eagle and swastika badge sewn on the side with the SS skull badge sewn on the front.

The M43 cap was a popular cap as it featured a peak which gave protection from the sun or the rain and the sides could be folded down and fastened under the chin to keep warm.
