Luftwaffe Long Service Medal 12 Years

German WW2 Luftwaffe long service medal award for 12 years service.

Round metal medal in gold colour with a German eagle and the words "Treue Dienste in der Wehrmacht" (faithful service in the armed units) on the front with the number 12 surrounded by oak leaves on the back.

The 12 years service would include all previous service including any pre war Reichswehr service, WW1 and WW2 service.

This replica medal includes the blue ribbon and gold coloured Luftwaffe eagle to fix onto the ribbon which are separate so the ribbon needs threading onto the medal and the eagle needs to be pinned onto the ribbon.
