Heer (Army) or Luftwaffe issue, these do not have the small metal service eagles on the ribbon which is teh difference between the Heer and Luftwaffe.
Round metal medal in silver colour with a German eagle and the words "Treue Dienste in der Wehrmacht" (faithful service in the armed units) on the front with the number 4 surrounded by oak leaves on the back.
The 4 years service would include all previous service including any pre war Reichswehr service, WW1 and WW2 service.
This replica medal includes the blue ribbon but they do not include the silver coloured Luftwaffe or Heer eagle to fix onto the ribbon.
