Unterscharfuhrer Waffen SS Shoulder Boards Field Police With Silver Tresse by RUM
German WW2 Waffen SS Feldgendarmerie (Field Police) black wool shoulder boards with the rank of Unterscharfuhrer.
The rank tresse is the early war silver coloured version.
The SS used black wool shoulder boards throughout the war the only thing that really changed was the rank tresse that was sewn onto the edges of shoulder boards. The tresse was originally silver but during the war (sometime in 1940) the tresse was changed to a grey colour with a slight green shade. After 1940 both silver and the subdued tresse was worn on the shoulder boards.
Price is for a pair of SS shoulder boards has the orange Field Police piping and the silver tresse for a Unterscharfuhrer.
