German Paratrooper Kar 98k Bandolier Tan and Water Camouflage by RUM

£49.99 £41.66

German Paratrooper Kar 98k 3rd pattern bandolier.

The fallschirmjager ammunition bandolier for the Kar 98k (often called the K98 bandolier) was worn around the neck and draped down over the front of the body. The tan and water camouflage (Sumpftarnmuster) bandolier carried clips of rounds for the Kar 98k in each pocket.

This is the third pattern bandolier and was used from 1941 onwards. The bandoliers carry 7.92 in 5 round stripper clips with the top pockets holding 1 stripper clip and the lower pockets hold 2 clips giving a total capacity of 20 clips which is 100 rounds for the Kar 98k.

The 3rd pattern paratrooper Kar 98k bandolier in Sumpftarnmuster (Tan and water or swamp pattern) camouflage features:

  • Each side has 6 pockets.
  • Top two pockets hold one 5 round clip (these have a single flap opening).
  • Lower four pockets hold two 5 round clips (these have double flap openings)
  • The pocket flaps are closed by press studs which are "PRYM 6" marked
  • Press studs are grey painted on the outside.
  • The pockets do actually fit 5 round clips in them (a make from a few years ago made them two small to fit clips inside).
  • On the back there are belt loops.
  • Made from cotton in Sumpftarnmuster, tan and water camouflage pattern.

Price is for a Kar 98k bandolier, price does not include any clips or bullets.
