M1918 Colt 45 magazine pouch original by L.C.C. 1918
American WW1 M1918 magazine pouch for the Colt 45 M1911 A1 pistol.
Original mag pouch issued to US troops in WW1 and WW2.
Holds two 7rd magzines for the Colt 45 and the flap is secured by two pull the dot fasteners. On the back belt loop there is a press stud which matches the press stud on the M1912 pistol belt so it can be clipped in place on the belt.
Used condition with clear markings inside the flap which read "L.C.C.& Co. 1918"
There are some ink marks on the front of the pouch, it looks like some has made a pattern of crosses on one side.
