M2 Jungle First Aid Kit Pouch by Kay Canvas.

The M2 jungle first aid kit was issued to the US Army and the US Marines in the pacific war as part of their jungle kit in WW2.

This green canvas belt pouch was usually worn on the back of the equipment belt.

The pouch is empty and has several compartments inside. The eyelets on the bottom allowed other pouches like the first aid pouch that fits the carlisle bandage in. The front flap is closed by two press studs.

US stamped on the front (correct for the WW2 pouch) and on the inside of the flap it is stamped "Kay Canvas 1943"

Please note this is an empty pouch and does not include any first aid kit.

This pouch was only made in green (OD#7) and was issued and worn alongside the OD#3 (tan/khaki) coloured webbing.
