Vietnam USMC Jungle First aid Kit Pouch by Kay Canvas.
Issued to all the Marines in Vietnam, this pouch held a comprehensive first aid kit suitable for the jungles of Vietnam.
This green canvas belt pouch was usually worn on the back of the equipment belt.
The pouch is empty and has several compartments inside. The eyelets on the bottom allowed other pouches like the first aid pouch that fits the carlisle bandage in. The front flap is closed by two press studs.
US and medical logo stamped on the front (correct for the 1960's pouch) and on the inside of the flap it is stamped "First Aid Kit, Jungle Kay Canvas 120-67-C-1075"
