If you want to change the rank to a Obersturmbannführer (Lieutenant Colonel) or a Standartenführer (Colonel) you just need to add some rank stars onto the shoulder boards (rank stars are sold separately and are not included), 1 star per board for Obersturmbannführer or 2 stars per board for a Standartenführer.
