These are the fully embroidered on a green cloth version rather than the silk woven style. The silk woven style is normally style worn by the SVN army on their uniform and are black and white in colour.
The green on black version are usually the style seen worn by the US Army on the likes of the green 3rd pattern tropical combat uniform jacket. The would have been issued to any US personnel who had completed the SVN parachute jump school.
The jump wings are on a green background with a black embroidered parachute and wings with a gold star below the parachute.
