This is the correct Airborne Garrison cap that would have been worn in training in England before D-Day and during the time of the Normandy Invasion. It comes with the parachute cap badge already sewn on, so the Paratrooper cap comes ready to wear.

These Garrison caps are made by Kay Canvas and are made from a specially commissioned run of wool to ensure the correct colour and feel of the war time ones, do not confuse these with other replica hats which are made from a high nylon content or which are too short in the height so they do not fit correctly. These side caps are one of the best replicas available a lot of time and effort has gone into making sure the colour and fabric is correct including the correct shade of blue for the Infantry piping.
