This is great for your front line combat WW2 medical impression. The set includes two bags on the harness with the short medic straps (connects the bags together 1 strap across the front and one strap across the back).
You can wear this as an independant webbing set and a medic would also wear a M1936 pistol belt with 2 canteens on it. Belt and canteens are available seperately.
