US Mounted Rifle Belt with Puckered Pockets and Colt 45 Pouch Original WW1
Original US WW1 mounted rifle cartridge belt.
The mounted belts had 9 pockets for rifle ammunition and a space on the front to add a standard pistol magazine pouch, which is also included.
This belt has the puckered pockets for the rifle cartridges.
The belt has repaired at some stage as the two sides are different manufactures, the right handside is made by Mills (markings inside a pocket flap) and the left handside is made by Russel (markings inside a pocket flap). The belt adjustment section is a darker OD colour than the rest of the belt.
The colt 45 magazine pouch is marked on the inside of the flap "L.C.C. & CO. 1918"
The belt and Colt magazine pouch are both in very good condition.
