US Mounted Rifle Belt with Puckered Pockets Modified Original WW1
Original US WW1 mounted rifle cartridge belt.
This belt has been modified, by removing one of the rifle pocket on the right hand side of the belt.
The left hand belt is a standard mounted belt with 4 rifle cartridge pockets and a space for a pistol magazine pouch. The right hand side is supposed to have 5 rifle cartridge pockets but the front one has been cut off and a new section of webbing has been sewn on so another pistol magazine pocket can be carried.
This belt has the puckered pockets for the rifle cartridges.
The right side is marked Mills and the left side is marked Russel.
