These are made in the regulation Russet Brown colour.
Features on these boots that are found on the originals include:
- 12 eyelets.
- Shaped toe cap (not reinforced).
- Strip of canvas sewn on the inside of the ankle to give better ankle support, this gives the distinctive two rows of stitching that you can see on the outside of the ankles.
- Mid sole with a black rubber sole which is tacked and double stitched.
- Brown cotton laces.
- Black rubber heel is angled on the in-step so parachute shroud lines would not get caught up in the boots.
Worn by Paratroopers as part of the combat and dress uniforms.
