US M1c WW2 Paratrooper Helmet leather chin cup
American WW2 leather paratroopers chincup.
This is the leather chinstrap that has a chin cup and is designed to fasten onto the buckles on the A frames on the paratrooper helmets.
The chin cup has a very distinctive dome shape to it.
Each side has 5 holes and is approx. 3" (7.5cm) from the first hole to the end of the strap.
The chincup is lined and is 7cm wide at the widest point.
The total length is 26.5cm.
