USMC M1912 First Aid Pouch by Kay Canvas

M1912 USMC first aid pouch.

These are the early war first aid pouch issued to the USMC. The originals where Depot made by the USMC and the first model had the belt hanger was laced through the back later versions where made with the belt loop sewn on like the standard Army first aid pouch. This is the later model with the belt hanger stitched on.

The Marines used this pouch throughout WW2, they where also issued the WW1 M1910 first aid pouch and in 1942 the standard army first aid pouch.
