The Sateen OG 107 Utility uniform or fatigues was the standard combat uniform at the beginning of the war and was still being used in combat till about 1966 after then it was usually just seen around camp.

Size measurements; chest is measured across the chest from under the arms from seam to seam. Length is the back length from the bottom of the shirt collar to the bottom of the shirt. Sleeve length is from under the arm seam to the end of the sleeve cuff.
As a guide the small will fit a 36 to 38" chest, Medium will fit a 40" chest, Large will fit a 42/44" chest, X Large will fit a 46/48" chest and the XXL will fit a 50/52" chest.
