WW2 48 star arm US flag on muslin cloth
WW2 48 star invasion arm flag.
There are a couple of variations of the sew on arm flag worn by the US airborne in WWII.
This is the most popular version which is printed on cotton muslin. The edge of the flag is sewn to give a wide white border this can be folded to give a smaller border when you sew it to your jump jacket.
